Earth's Average Speed of Revolution  around the sun is 29.8 km/sec
Our Solar System is moving around our galaxy the Milky Way at 250 km/sec
Our Milky Way Galaxy is moving about 600 km/sec in the direction of the constellation Hydra towards its journey to the vastness of space.
A spacecraft's "true speed/velocity" through space-time can not be computed without considering the above mentioned values...

Each and every one of us and EVERYTHING IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE have different "TIME"  depending primarily on the speed/velocity everyone/everything is travelling.

THINKING OUT LOUD.  AS IMPOSSIBLE AND CRAZY AS IT MAY SEEM TO BE..., WE COULD NOT SET ASIDE THE IDEA  THAT THE EARTH's ATMOSPHERE SERVES AS A "PROTECTIVE BUBBLE" KEEPING US FROM DIRECT AND HARMFUL EFFECTS OF OUR ALMOST ENDLESS, EXTREMELY VERY FAST JOURNEY THROUGH THE VASTNESS OF THE COSMOS AND SPACE-TIME...Consequentially, this protective bubble had also kept us from truly understanding and mastering the knowledge/concept of Space-Time within/inside its protective boundaries...  

THINKING OUT LOUD.  I VERY STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THE ULTIMATE GOAL/MISSION OF  H.A.A.R.P.  IS VERY MUCH RELATED WITH THE UNDERSTANDING AND EXPLOITATION OF THIS CONCEPT/IDEA.
this is much more dangerous than Large Hadron Collider.
this is much more dangerous than  thermonuclear  bombs test explosions.
