CAMBODIAN SUPERVIRUS AND AN AIRBORNE EBOLA VIRUS

AN OPEN LETTER TO ALL WORLD LEADERS AND HEADS OF STATES:

Ironically, the still remaining feeling of PEACE we are experiencing on this very last days of mankind(at least here on planet Earth), and the fact that no one has yet PUSHED THE BUTTON wiping out large percentage of humans and most living things on Earth were not because of successful peace talks, peace negotiations and/or righteous based agreements between our Heads of States on belief that there is no better way for all nations "but to achieve Global peace and cooperation".   NO.   This is brought about by Powerful Nations FULLY UNDERSTANDING ALL THEIR CAPABILITIES TO WIPE OUT EACH OTHER(mutual annihilation).  The World is in a deadly game of Chess where in order to win, the game must result/arrive into a STALEMATE....
I am writing this open letter/article for ALL HEADS OF STATES, WORLD LEADERS and ALL MANKIND to WAKE and INFORM ALL OF YOU WITH HIGH PROBABILITY  THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA HAVE ALREADY LONG BEEN ABLE TO DEVELOP AN AIRBORNE STRAIN OF EBOLA VIRUS(EBOLA is the world's deadliest VIRUS. It can wipe out ALL HUMAN POPULATION in a very short span of time)....

Virus with mix pathogens of EN71(related to Foot and Mouth Disease), Streptococcus and Dengue...
This virus appeared in Cambodia  and as of now, it can only infect children...
This virus Kills within 24 hours...includes swelling of the brain and massive lung deterioration.  FATALITY RATE IS EQUAL/NEAR   100%.
This is not a "NATURAL MUTATION" of a certain virus.
