whether why almost ALL SCIENTISTS and PHYSICISTS do not know(confirm) about this, WAS BECAUSE EXPERIMENTS/APPLICATIONS THIS BIG, NEED A LOT OF GOVERNMENT BACKINGS AND BUDGET SUPPORT .... and because of this reason, "THEY" had achieved ABSOLUTE CONTROL and SECRECY and in so many ways had ACHIEVED MISLEADING THE WORLD into believing that "this could not exist..."
Einstein's Theory of Relativity pertaining to SPACE-TIME:

(gamma) y = 1.01 and therefore
mass would change by a factor of 1.01 That is , it increases by 1% (length and clock rate
would change by the inverse of 1.01 which is 0.99 That is they would decrease by 1%
These changes become great only as the speed of the signal or the object becomes a
large fraction of the speed of light.
Through this equation, we will notice that:When "v" = 0.995c, (gamma) "y" = 10
"v" = 0.99995c, (gamma) "y' = 100
"v" = 0.9999995c (gamma) "y" = 1000
"v" = 0.999999995c (gamma) "y" = 10000
